| Over three decades of experience. It makes a difference.
Corporate production. TV spots. Business theater. Integrated marketing. Broadcast television. Web. Mobile. Ministry projects. Sports production. EFP. Studio work. International travel. Agencies. Production Houses. Freelance. Boutiques. TV stations. Concepting. Writing. Directing. Producing. Shooting. Editing. Quick Response. The Cloud. Turnkey. HD. DSLR. Final Cut Studio. Adobe CS5. Avid Media Composer. Mac. iPad. Whew. Hey, in over three decades a guy ends up doing a lot of things. If any of the stuff in the previous paragraph has a familiar ring, chances are I can help you out. The point is, I have the level of experience, creativity, attention to detail, and technical know-how that will make it all happen for you.

| What in the world is "turnkey" production? Well, see the first paragraph above. If your project needs someone who already knows what to do and can handle every detail, you've come to the right place. Bottom line is, whatever you need, I'll get it done, done on time, and done at an advantageous price. When I say "satisfaction guaranteed," it means something.
My primary objective is to produce what you need--according to your communication ideas and objectives. To do that requires someone who is interested in what you do and will make the effort to understand it. I tend to ask a lot of questions. I think you'll find that makes a big difference in the final production.
Okay, prove it. You might be thinking, "Yeah, show me." Well, there's some of my stuff here on this site, which you can check out by clicking the "Samples" tab up top. But why settle for just looking at tiny, un-contexted web videos? Let's talk instead. Since really great production work is all about relationships anyway, a good face-to-face is always better. In the mean time some of my samples are here.
So when you're done clicking and are ready to start making things happen, ring me up, send me an email, FB message or tweet, or fill out the form under "Contact HPS."
Shameless promotion: the picture above is a statue of my friend "Emmy," who sits with several friends on the fireplace mantle. She and I became acquainted when I worked for the PBS affiliate in St. Louis, after I shot and edited a documentary about a 2-week cultural and concert tour in Russia by the St. Louis Children's Choirs. The program wall called Notes From Russia and featured their concerts in 7 or 8 Russian cities along the Volga River. | |
A few lines from my bio: "As an independent video producer, Pete Hansen operates Hansen Production Services. Pete specializes in overall responsibility and oversight of video projects, and has a broad range of experience in the inception, creation, production, post-production, and distribution of a wide variety of video and broadcast television projects. His work is “hands on,” and his roles include executive producer, producer, director, writer, director of photography, and editor. (He also empties the trash cans.) Hansen’s experience includes sales and marketing videos, corporate communication, training videos, TV commercials, video news releases, long-form television programming, documentaries, ministry videos, and supporting video materials for Business Theater, event, electronic media, and web production." It's (mostly) an interesting life: more lines from the bio. "Pete’s work has taken him around the world, including such places as Russia, China, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Notable clients include Michelin North America, BFGoodrich Tires, BMW Manufacturing, Saia Transportation, Infor Global Solutions, Blue Bird Bus Company, Ryobi, Mayflower Transit, Volvo Construction Equipment, American Airlines, and many others. Among his many television production credits are episodes of PBS’s Nova and Masterpiece Theater. His highly-creative work has won numerous awards including Emmy, Addy, Telly, Axiom, Aegis, Gabriel, and Vision awards."
